While we conduct thorough research to ensure the platforms we recommend are reputable and secure, the following risks should be considered:

1. Third-Party Exchange and Wallet Risks:
   All investments and staking activities are conducted through third-party platforms. These platforms may be subject to unforeseen issues, including but not limited to:

   • Bankruptcy or insolvency of the third-party exchange or wallet provider.
   • Temporary or permanent suspension of services.
   • Security breaches or hacks that could result in a partial or complete loss of your funds.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Failures:
   Papo Wealth Capital does not have control over, nor can we influence the actions, decisions, or operational processes of third-party exchanges, wallets, or dApps. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for:

   • Losses incurred due to the failure, bankruptcy, or shutdown of third-party platforms.
   • Technical errors or bugs on decentralized applications that may impact the availability or functionality of your investments.
   • Any regulatory changes or legal actions affecting the third-party service providers.

3. Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Risks:
   DeFi platforms, while innovative, are inherently decentralized and operate without central authority. This means:

   • There are additional risks related to smart contract vulnerabilities, governance decisions, and liquidity issues.
   • Papo Wealth Capital cannot reverse or recover any losses resulting from DeFi platform malfunctions or hacks.
